Payment schedule
The original published schedule specifies a 30% initial deposit, a second 30% payment one month before the event, and the remaining balance seven days before the booking date. Final payment terms should be verified against your quotation or contract.
Postponements & severe weather
The existing policy allows rescheduling under specified severe-weather conditions, including Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above and black rainstorm warnings. It also describes rescheduling for qualifying government COVID-19 restrictions, with supporting evidence required.
The original policy states that personal-reason cancellations are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Changes after confirmation
Changes to the event date, timing, location, number of performers, ensemble or repertoire after confirmation may incur additional fees. Confirm amendments directly with the team.
